Review and Testimonial Policy
Trust should be earned through the work. Growthut intends to publish only genuine feedback that a client has authorised for public use.
This is an editable working policy. Growthut should confirm its permission records, feedback process, incentive rules, retention periods, and applicable advertising or consumer-protection requirements before publication.
1. Genuine feedback only
Growthut will not invent a testimonial, client name, company name, rating, logo, project result, or quotation. Public feedback must come from a real client or authorised representative with direct experience of the work being described.
2. Permission before publication
Before publishing identifiable feedback, Growthut should obtain clear permission for the wording and the accompanying name, role, company, industry, service, logo, image, project period, or rating. Permission should identify where the material may appear and should be kept with the relevant record.
3. Accurate context
A testimonial should identify enough context to avoid a misleading impression. Growthut should not present a comment about communication as proof of revenue performance, or a comment about one deliverable as approval of an unrelated service.
Any result included with feedback must be supportable, relevant to the stated period, and presented with material conditions or limitations. One client's experience should not be described as a result every client can expect.
4. Editing and approval
Feedback may be lightly edited for spelling, length, clarity, confidentiality, or accessibility, but an edit must not change the meaning. Material edits should be returned to the client for approval before publication. Shortened excerpts should not remove context that changes the impression.
5. Ratings, logos, and images
A rating may appear only when it was genuinely supplied or accurately imported from a permitted source. A company logo, portrait, project image, or brand asset may appear only when Growthut has appropriate permission and usage rights. No visual placeholder should be presented as an approved client asset.
6. Incentives and material relationships
Growthut should not buy fabricated praise or condition a benefit on a positive statement. If a client receives an incentive for providing honest feedback, or if another material relationship could affect how the endorsement is understood, it should be disclosed clearly next to the feedback where required.
7. Pre-verification publication state
Until verified feedback is available, Growthut does not publish fictional names, quotations, ratings, logos, or implied endorsements. The public website may explain the standards that future client feedback must meet, but those standards are not presented as client reviews.
Client feedback is published only after its wording, attribution, service context, and display permission are confirmed. Unverified material must not generate Review or AggregateRating structured data.
8. Selection and presentation
Growthut may select feedback that is useful to prospective clients, but should not manipulate wording or context. If the website later summarises a collection of reviews, the method should be transparent and should not imply a representative sample unless that can be supported.
9. Structured data
Review or rating structured data should not be added until the feedback is genuine, visible, relevant, eligible under current search-engine rules, and technically appropriate. Unverified feedback must never generate Review or AggregateRating schema.
10. Privacy and confidential information
A testimonial should not expose confidential business information, personal contact details, campaign data, customer information, or other material the client has not approved. Growthut should apply the Privacy Policy when testimonial records contain personal information.
11. Corrections, updates, and withdrawal
A client may ask Growthut to review an inaccurate attribution, correct a factual issue, update outdated context, or remove authorised feedback. Growthut should verify the request, preserve necessary records, and act according to the permission terms and applicable law.
12. Contact Growthut
